Our Technical Team takes care of configuring the application for your municipality: creating shared spaces and facilities, setting up calendars, timetables and booking rules according to your council's needs.

The smart access module costs €460/year per controller and allows door opening from a mobile phone. Hardware and installation are quoted separately. Contact us and we will advise you on the best solution for your facilities.

Plans are billed annually, with annual, two-year (-5%) or three-year (-8%) commitments. Each smart-access controller has an annual licence with no multi-year discount. Prices exclude VAT, hardware and installation.

You only need an internet connection. Reservar Zona Comun is multi-platform: it works from a web browser and as a native app on iOS and Android. No server installation or additional infrastructure is required.
