What is Reservar Zona Común?
It's a booking management application designed for municipalities, sports companies, gyms, and organizations to manage their shared spaces easily and automatically. Available on iOS, Android, and Web, it allows users to book from their phone and administrators to have full control without paperwork or phone calls.
Who is the application designed for?
For any organization managing shared-use spaces: municipalities with municipal sports facilities, gyms, sports clubs, and companies with common rooms. What types of spaces can I manage?
Swimming pools, padel and tennis courts, gyms, social halls, barbecue areas, dining rooms, meeting rooms, and any shared-use space that needs time-slot or shift-based management. You can configure as many areas as you need within the same account.
Can I use the App in a Homeowners Association?

How does the booking process work for users?
The user opens the app, selects the space they want to use, chooses the date and available time slot, and confirms. In less than 30 seconds, their booking is done. They receive a confirmation and, if enabled, can open the door directly from the app when they arrive.
How is facility capacity controlled?
You define the maximum capacity for each zone and the app handles the rest. When the seat limit for a time slot is reached, it automatically stops accepting bookings. You can see in real time how many people are in each space and adjust capacities at any time from the admin panel.
How does automatic door opening work?
The app integrates with digital locks, turnstiles, and automatic doors. When a user has a confirmed booking in the active time slot, they can open the door directly from their phone. Can bookings be charged automatically?

Can the app be customized with our branding?
Absolutely. Each client receives a version of the app with their logo, brand colors, and name. For end users, the experience feels like a proprietary app from their municipality or company, reinforcing your brand image.

How much does Reservar Zona Común cost?
For businesses, plans start from €382/year (up to 300 users) and €495/year (up to 700 users). For municipalities, plans start from €285/year for towns with fewer than 1,000 inhabitants. What's included in the price?
Full platform access (mobile app + web admin panel), Spanish-language technical support, continuous updates, branding customization, and initial administrator training. No setup fees, no long-term contracts, and compensation for service downtime.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You can subscribe month-to-month and cancel anytime. We believe the best way to retain customers is with great service, not contractual obligations. Annual plans offer better pricing.
Can I try the application before subscribing?

What payment methods do you accept?
Direct debit and credit card. We issue monthly or annual invoices, depending on your preference. The entire billing process is automated so you don't have to worry about anything.

Is it adapted for managing municipal sports facilities?
Yes, it's one of our specialties. Municipalities across Spain use it to manage padel courts, municipal swimming pools, pavilions, and sports centers. It supports different rates for registered and non-registered residents, voucher and pass management, and offers citizens a modern, accessible 24/7 booking service.
Can it integrate with our existing systems?
The platform is designed to work independently, but if you need integration with billing systems, access control, or existing digital locks, we assess each case to provide the best solution. We work with leading manufacturers of smart locks, turnstiles, and automatic doors.
Can it manage multiple facilities from a single panel?
Yes. A municipality or sports company can manage all its facilities from a single admin panel, with the option to assign independent managers to each center. Ideal for municipalities with multiple facilities spread across the district or companies with several locations.
Is it scalable if we grow or add new facilities?
Completely. You can start with a single facility and add new areas or centers at any time without changing plans or migrating data. The platform grows with you. Many of our clients started with one pool and now manage their entire sports complex with us.

Regulations
Is capacity control mandatory for community swimming pools?
Yes. Royal Decree 742/2013 establishes technical and health requirements for swimming pools, and each autonomous community has its own capacity regulations. For example, in Madrid each swimmer must have at least 3 square meters of water surface. A booking app with capacity control is the most practical and affordable way to comply with these regulations.
Can access to common areas be restricted for defaulting owners?
Yes. Since the reform of Article 21 of the Horizontal Property Law, communities can restrict access to non-essential facilities (pool, gym, sports courts) for defaulting owners, provided it is approved by simple majority at a general meeting. A booking app with digital access control makes this management easier by automatically blocking non-paying users.
How is the maximum capacity of a swimming pool calculated?
Swimming pool capacity calculation varies by autonomous community. As a general rule, it's calculated by dividing the square meters of water surface by the square meters per swimmer established by local regulations (e.g., 3 m²/swimmer in Madrid). What rules can be established for the use of sports facilities?
Usage rules are approved by the managing entity and may include: opening and closing times, capacity limits, activity restrictions, advance booking requirements, differentiated rates, and conduct guidelines. Who has access to my facility's data?
Only administrators authorized by your organization. Each role (administrator, manager, user) has defined and limited permissions. Our technical team only accesses data when strictly necessary to resolve an issue, always with appropriate confidentiality guarantees.
Are backups performed?
Yes. We perform automatic daily backups of all data. In case of any incident, we can quickly restore the information. Your service continuity is guaranteed.

How long does it take to set up the application?
Typically 24 to 48 hours from sign-up. We configure the zones, schedules, and usage rules according to your instructions, customize the app with your branding, and deliver everything ready to go. If access control hardware installation is needed, the timeline may be slightly longer.
Do you offer training for administrators?
Yes, included in the price. We conduct an online training session (or in-person if necessary) so administrators can learn all the management panel features. You also have access to updated guides and tutorials at all times.
What type of technical support do you offer?
Technical support in Spanish via phone, email, and WhatsApp, included in all plans at no additional cost. Our team is available to resolve any question or issue. You don't depend on a chatbot — you talk to real people who know the platform.
Does the application update automatically?
Yes. All improvements, new features, and security updates are applied automatically at no extra cost. You always have the latest version without needing to do anything. That's one of the advantages of working with a cloud-based solution.
