Our Technical Team takes care of configuring the application for your municipality: creating shared spaces and facilities, setting up calendars, timetables and booking rules according to your council's needs.

The home automation module allows door opening from a mobile phone. It requires specific hardware components that are quoted separately. Contact us and we will advise you on the best solution for your facilities.

All plans are billed annually. You can choose an annual, biannual (2 years, -5%) or triannual (3 years, -8%) commitment. The price remains fixed for the entire duration of the contract, with no CPI adjustments.

You only need an internet connection. Reservar Zona Comun is multi-platform: it works from a web browser and as a native app on iOS and Android. No server installation or additional infrastructure is required.
