What Do We Need to Control Swimming Pool Capacity?
It’s very simple — the only thing we need at hand is a calculator and the dimensions or capacity of the pool.
It is estimated that for each person we need 3 square meters of surface area. Therefore, by knowing the surface area and dividing by 3, we get the maximum number of people who can access our pool at the same time.
For example:
If our surface area is 15 meters long and 6 meters wide, we know that our square meters are 15×6= 90. In turn, we divide this by 3, which gives us 90/3= 30, which would be the maximum number of attendees in our pool at the same time.
This number of people is for the interior of our pool (calculated based on the pool dimensions).
