Who are these prices for?
These prices are designed for companies that need to manage shared spaces for their employees: corporate gyms, pools, sports courts, meeting rooms, canteens, etc. If you are a homeowners' association, our product for you is Colindar (colindar.com). If you are a municipality, check our municipality pricing.
What happens if my company has more than 700 employees?
For companies with more than 700 users, we prepare customised quotes tailored to the size and specific needs of your organisation. Contact our sales team by phone (644 149 342), WhatsApp or through the contact form and we will send you a no-obligation proposal.
Can I try the application before subscribing?

What does the initial setup include?
Our technical team takes care of everything: creating your spaces and facilities, configuring calendars, time slots, booking rules and access permissions according to your company's needs. We also support you during the launch so everything works from day one.
How does the Home Automation / Doors Module work?
The Home Automation Module allows your employees to open doors and access turnstiles directly from their mobile phone, without the need for keys or physical cards. It requires the installation of specific hardware components at your access points, which are quoted separately. This module is not available with monthly billing.
What is the Pool Season?
The Pool Season is a seasonal billing option that covers the months of June to September. It is ideal for companies that manage pools or other summer-only facilities and don't need the application during the rest of the year. This way, you only pay for the months you actually use the service.
What do I need to start using Reservar Zona Común?
You only need an internet connection. Reservar Zona Común is a 100% cloud-based platform: it works from any web browser and also as a native app on iOS and Android. No server installation, additional licences or special infrastructure is required. Your company can be up and running in a matter of days.
